Are refunds available after subscribing?

Refunds are not available after subscribing.

If you are considering subscribing, please enable the trial subscription in SiYuan Desktop - Settings - Account first. Consider paying for a subscription only if you are satisfied. Please avoid impulsive purchases.

Why is the official sync storage limited to 8GB? Are there plans to expand it in the future, such as increasing it to hundreds of GB like other cloud note services?

The official sync service of SiYuan has higher traffic costs than cloud note services. Providing 8GB of cloud storage for each user is the current limit we can afford.

If you need more cloud storage, you can use the third-party S3 data sync and backup integration. It is included in the annual subscription or can be purchased separately as part of PRO Features. You must purchase or set up the third-party storage service yourself.

How is the renewal price calculated after a subscription interruption?

The renewal price remains fixed at the price of your first subscription for life. If your subscription is interrupted and you resubscribe later, the price will still be based on that initial subscription.

What is the difference between official and third-party data sync?

The annual subscription includes 8GB of official cloud storage. Official data sync and backup require no separate storage purchase or setup and are ready to use out of the box.

Both PRO Features and the annual subscription provide third-party S3 and WebDAV data sync and backup integrations, but no third-party storage service is included. You must purchase or set up and configure the corresponding service yourself. Nutstore is not supported for WebDAV.
